The Wall series is a great mini routine that you can do anywhere and anytime so you can do it at the office, at home or wherever there is a wall. These Pilates exercises improve your posture by helping you lift up out of your feet, hips, spine and neck and helps to realign the spine. Here's the mini workout for you to enjoy.
